1. High precision labeling: Horizontal labeling uses the bottle body as the calibration base point, which can effectively improve the labeling accuracy and ensure that the label is accurately attached to the bottle. The stopping accuracy can reach ± 0.3mm, and the labeling machine accuracy is ± 0.5mm.

Advantages of horizontal feeding: Using a horizontal roller conveyor belt for feeding, it solves the problem of small bottles being difficult to feed vertically, especially suitable for 1-20ml ampoules, 7-20ml oral liquid bottles, penicillin bottles, etc., without worrying about certain materials not being able to be fed vertically.

5. High speed and accurate loading: Equipped with a specialized bottle loading device, it can achieve high-speed and accurate loading of labeled bottles into the bottle holder. Multiple detection and positioning of bottle holders result in extremely high storage rates.
6. Synchronization of labeling and palletizing: The palletizing buffer chamber is fully synchronized with the labeling action. When there is a shortage of palletizing, the labeling speed will decrease accordingly. When there is a shortage of bottles, the bottle holder will automatically stop waiting, making the labeling and palletizing processes coordinated and orderly.
7. Strong adaptability: Through simple mechanical or electronic adjustments, it can quickly switch between bottles of different sizes and shapes, and can handle single or multiple bottles entering the labeling area at the same time. The equipment can also add additional functional modules according to production needs, such as installing automatic palletizing machines.
8. Intelligent control: Equipped with advanced sensors and control systems, as well as a human-machine interface (HMI), allowing operators to easily set and adjust labeling parameters.
