Equipment Introduction
TFCI-200 is a specialized device used to inject cotton into various types of containers such as bottles, boxes, and bags, in order to maintain the stability of the products inside the containers. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, health products, and food, and meets GMP standards. This machine adopts servo system and PLC control system, which has the characteristics of compact structure, beautiful appearance, precise control, reliable operation, and convenient operation. This machine can accurately and quickly automatically cut and stuff strip-shaped cotton into containers, replacing traditional manual operations. It adopts a programmable logic controller (PLC) control and a novel high-precision electronic positioning system. The host frequency conversion speed regulation, flexible start, and stable and reliable operation. It has multiple protection functions such as bottle shortage, bottle blockage, and automatic stop of cotton shortage.
