Equipment Introduction
(1) By adding nitrogen to aluminum cans and purified water, the internal pressure is increased, deoxygenation is achieved, and the weight of the bottle is reduced. Lightweight bottles are used.
(2) Vacuum insulation (below 1 × 10-5mba) - ultra-low daily evaporation, reducing operating costs.
(3) The nozzle adopts a dry nitrogen positive pressure protection system to prevent external air from entering and causing frost and ice blockage inside the nozzle, achieving true never icing, while maintaining a stable flow and direction of liquid nitrogen, which is not changed by the positive pressure of the purification workshop or the wind generated by high-speed operation of the filling and sealing.
(4) The liquid nitrogen level is controlled by a liquid level probe and a vacuum pneumatic low-temperature proportional control valve to maintain a stable liquid level and improve the accuracy of filling. By using this type of probe liquid level control, the maximum supply pressure of liquid nitrogen can reach 7 bar. When controlling the float ball, the supply pressure of liquid nitrogen should not exceed 1.5 bar. If it exceeds this limit, the float ball may be damaged, and in severe cases, the entire machine may be scrapped.
(5) By reading the speed of the filling and sealing machine, automatic compensation and adjustment of the filling amount (valve opening degree%) can be achieved according to the pre-set program.
(6) Using a single true soft filling reduces the rebound, splashing, evaporation, and boiling of liquid nitrogen caused by individual filling. Reduce the loss of liquid nitrogen, reduce the production of high-pressure and low-pressure products, and save costs.

The adjustment of flow rate, i.e. the percentage of valve opening, will automatically switch based on the pre-set menu, ensuring that the actual filling amount is automatically changed according to the parameters set during trial production in case of speed changes, thereby achieving different filling amounts and ensuring that the pressure of the product is uniform at different speeds, between ± 0.1bar.
(12) Advanced scientific inlet valve design, equipped with bellows compensator and air sealing device, extends the service life of the machine.
(13) Adopting a unique valve needle design with a pressure reducing device to reduce the pressure of filling.
(14) The minimum vulnerable parts, with a valve needle lifespan of more than 10 years, do not require replacement.

Working conditions
