Purposes

Suitable for sealing various round size cans such as tin cans, aluminum alloy cans, plastic cans, paper cans, etc., with reliable quality and easy operation, it is an ideal equipment essential for industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical. It can be used alone or in conjunction with other filling production lines.

Performance characteristics

1. It has two pairs (four) of sealing wheels, which fix the can body during sealing and rotate at high speed;

2. Different specifications of cans can be sealed by replacing parts such as the capping die, the can body fixing turntable, and the lower capper;

3. The host is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation, PLC control, human-machine interface touch screen operation, high degree of automation, and simple operation;

4. Joint control of tank caps: only when tanks enter, corresponding caps are provided, and no caps are provided without tanks;

5. Capless shutdown: When the lower capper is not covered, it automatically stops to prevent the can body from biting the capping mold and damaging the components of the sealing mechanism;

6. The sealing mechanism adopts synchronous belt transmission, which is easy to maintain and has low noise;

7. The conveyor belt has independent stepless speed regulation, simple structure, and convenient operation and maintenance;

8. The outer cover and main components are made of 304 stainless steel, which meets food and drug hygiene requirements.
