Equipment Introduction

The TFXG-XPS series capping machine is an automatic capping machine designed specifically for bottled production lines in industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, food, and daily chemical products. The use of a star shaped structure, also known as a rotating structure, integrates the functions of capping, bottle feeding, capping, and bottle discharging, allowing for precise positioning and capping of each bottle. There is no damage to the bottle or cap during the capping process, and it is suitable for plastic bottle caps of various specifications. The constant torque cap mechanism ensures that each cap head automatically stops rotating when the tightening force reaches a certain torque, and the torque can be easily adjusted. The whole machine adopts PLC control and touch based human-machine interface, which is easy and intuitive to operate.

This machine has fast capping speed, high efficiency, smooth operation, and a wide range of applications. It can be used in conjunction with various bottling lines to meet GMP and FDA requirements. It can also be customized according to the user's speed requirements.

● The whole machine is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation, PLC control, and clear and easy to understand touch screen display;

● The constant torque capping head ensures that the capping head stops rotating once the lid reaches the tightness requirement, making it suitable for products with high tightness requirements;

● Detection by photoelectric sensors, suspension of operations due to missing or blocked bottles, and automatic operation after recovery;

● The lockhead can be replaced to meet different requirements for bottle cap locking and capping;

● Structural fastening, electrical control and other parts are all sealed to avoid materials affecting the service life of electrical components;

● Adopting an embedded buckle structure, it is easy to disassemble, clean, and maintain;

● During the normal production process, there is no need for dedicated personnel to supervise, and various automatic protection devices are equipped;

● The body shell is made of stainless steel 304 material, which meets GMP requirements;

● Install safety protection covers in the equipment operation area to provide more safety protection for operators;

● Complete equipment supporting documents (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and other explanatory materials), providing sufficient guarantee for the normal operation of the equipment;
