TF-AI-OCR character vision detection device is an industrial AI vision system based on deep learning technology. With its outstanding generalization ability, it can be flexibly applied to complex scenes such as tilting, bending, wrinkling, complex backgrounds, non-standard characters, etc. It can accurately recognize character information at millisecond speed.
The character recognition detection system can achieve recognition accuracy approaching 100% infinitely through sample increase, and can run continuously for 7 * 24 hours. The character recognition detection system can directly recognize QR codes/barcode patterns through training with sample QR codes/barcode patterns. The character recognition detection system is trained to label images with different backgrounds to solve the problem of overlapping and reprinting. Traditional character recognition methods may result in misidentification, recognition failure, or low recognition rates for incomplete characters. Traditional OCR algorithms are difficult to detect defects and can only preprocess a single image, resulting in long processing times and inability to achieve high-speed and efficient recognition results.
