10. Working principle:
The packaging film is wrapped in a certain form of film, driven by the active roller, and passes through the forming machine to wrap the material in a roll shape; Under the action of the film pulling wheel and the intermediate belt, the material and packaging film are simultaneously transported to the longitudinal sealing position for longitudinal sealing and cutting. At the same time, the excess film cut from the longitudinal sealing is fixed on the waste film collection roller through the wheel and swing mechanism. Then it is transported to the horizontal sealing device through the middle belt. While the upper and lower cutting blades of the horizontal sealing rotate, the middle belt moves forward to complete a horizontal heating sealing and cutting, thus completing the pillow packaging, which is output through the output mechanism.
