Equipment Introduction

The TFXG-200 high-speed linear capping machine is a new generation capping equipment designed and manufactured by our company for supporting tablet production lines and automatic capping processes. It is different from previous intermittent capping machines, overcoming the disadvantages of slow capping speed, loose capping, and limited applicability of intermittent capping machines. In the design of this machine, new processes such as linear bottle feeding, automatic capping, and uninterrupted capping are adopted.

When using a semi-automatic GX machine, the operator only needs to place the bottle cap on the bottle mouth. During the forward movement of the bottle, the bottle cap is automatically tightened by three sets of rotating wheels.

You can also add a capping system, which can be easily upgraded to a fully automatic capping machine. We have lifting, oscillating and other capping systems, which can be selected according to actual needs.

☆ Equipped with a lifting motor, it can achieve automatic lifting of the capping machine;

☆ The parts in contact with the bottle and cap are equipped with non-toxic synchronous belts and non-toxic capping wheels;

☆ Optional bottle cap guide device, which is also suitable for rubbing caps with pump heads;

☆ Can be configured with torque limiters to effectively ensure the consistency of product torque;

☆ Automatic capping and capping, reducing labor intensity for workers;

☆ The body shell is made of stainless steel 304 material, which meets GMP requirements;

☆ Optional digital position display function to reduce operation difficulty and avoid loose cover caused by improper adjustment. (Different specifications of bottle cap sizes, bottle body sizes, bottle height, and elevator height positions are all displayed in numbers, making it easy to remember the adjustment parameters when replacing different products);

☆ Can be equipped with an automatic detection and removal mechanism for defective products with rotating caps.
